Blossie Ambassador Program Terms & Guidelines

Welcome to the Blossie Ambassador Program! ♡

We’re excited to build a community of women who genuinely love fitness, fashion, and the Blossie lifestyle. Our ambassadors are an extension of our community, and we want this program to be fun, authentic, and rewarding for everyone involved.

By joining the Blossie Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Blossie Ambassador Program, ambassadors must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Reside in the United States.
Have an active social media presence.
Provide accurate information when applying to the program.
Create and share content that aligns with Blossie Active and our community.

There is no minimum follower requirement. We value authentic content, genuine engagement, and a real connection with our brand.

2. Personal Ambassador Code & Link

Approved ambassadors may receive a personalized discount code and/or affiliate link to share with their community.

Customers using an ambassador’s eligible code or link can receive 10% off their purchase, subject to the applicable discount conditions.

Ambassador codes and affiliate links are intended to help ambassadors share Blossie with their audience and track eligible referred purchases.

Discount codes may not be posted on coupon, discount-code, cashback, or deal websites without prior written permission from Blossie Active.

3. Ambassador Commission

Ambassadors can earn 10% commission on eligible sales attributed to their affiliate link or discount code through the Blossie affiliate platform.

Commission eligibility and attribution are determined by the tracking information available through our affiliate platform.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be ineligible may not qualify for commission, and previously credited commissions may be adjusted when applicable.

Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other non-product amounts may be excluded from commission calculations according to the platform’s applicable rules.

4. Payments

Eligible commissions are tracked and processed through the affiliate platform used by Blossie Active.

Payment timing, processing requirements, payout methods, and any applicable thresholds are subject to the platform’s current payment policies.

Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when required in order to receive eligible payouts.

5. Complimentary Products & Gifts

Participation in the Blossie Ambassador Program does not guarantee free products.

From time to time, Blossie may choose to send selected ambassadors complimentary products, new releases, gifts, store credit, or other special perks.

These opportunities may be based on factors such as participation, content, sales performance, campaign needs, and overall engagement with the brand.

Receiving a complimentary product once does not guarantee complimentary products in future launches.

6. New Releases & Early Access

Ambassadors may receive opportunities for early access to selected collections, launches, promotions, events, or other Blossie announcements.

Availability and participation may vary by campaign and are not guaranteed.

7. Content & Ambassador Expectations

Blossie Ambassadors are expected to represent the brand authentically and respectfully.

We encourage ambassadors to:

Create genuine content featuring Blossie products.
Tag @blossie.active when sharing Blossie content.
Share their personal discount code or affiliate link with their community.
Stay reasonably active and engaged with the program.
Accurately represent Blossie products and avoid making false or misleading claims.

Unless separately agreed upon for a specific campaign, participation in the general Ambassador Program does not require a guaranteed number of posts each month.

8. Disclosure of the Ambassador Relationship

Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with Blossie whenever required.

When sharing content involving an affiliate commission, complimentary product, discount, payment, or other material benefit, ambassadors are responsible for making clear and conspicuous disclosures in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements.

Disclosures should be easy for viewers to notice and understand.

9. Content Sharing

Blossie may repost or share organic social media content in which an ambassador has tagged or directly submitted content to @blossie.active, with appropriate creator credit when practical.

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not automatically grant Blossie unrestricted rights to use an ambassador’s image or content in paid advertisements, website advertising, or other paid marketing campaigns.

If Blossie would like to use ambassador content for additional commercial purposes, additional permission or usage terms may be requested when appropriate.

10. Personal Purchases & Code Misuse

Ambassador codes and links should be used and shared in good faith.

Blossie reserves the right to review commissions or participation if there is suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation of referrals, unauthorized coupon-site distribution, or other misuse of the program.

11. Program Review

Ambassador participation may be periodically reviewed.

Blossie may consider factors such as activity, content, engagement, compliance with program guidelines, and participation when reviewing an ambassador’s status.

Participation in the program does not guarantee a specific duration, number of campaigns, products, sales, or earnings.

12. Leaving or Removal from the Program

Ambassadors may choose to leave the program at any time.

Blossie Active also reserves the right to suspend or end participation in the Ambassador Program when appropriate, including in cases of inactivity, misuse of discount codes or affiliate links, fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct, misrepresentation of the brand or products, or failure to follow these guidelines.

Eligible commissions earned before removal will be handled according to the applicable affiliate platform rules.

13. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Blossie Ambassador Program does not create an employment relationship between the ambassador and Blossie Active.

Ambassadors participate independently and are responsible for their own content, applicable taxes, disclosures, and compliance with laws and platform requirements that apply to their activities.

14. Program Changes

Blossie Active may update the Ambassador Program, including its benefits, commission structure, discount structure, eligibility requirements, or these guidelines.

When material changes affect current ambassadors, Blossie may communicate those changes through the contact information associated with the program.
